Head Chef Salik Ram Aryal provides consistent and authentic Indian cuisine.
He worked at Bombay Taj (Five star delux hotel) in India and is working at Indian Palace since it started in 2003. He focuses on fresh produce and special culinary techniques to craft a mouth-watering menu of north Indian as well as south Indian dishes. Australian and Indian ingredients mingle in the pan to achieve utmost quality on the plate and brings a unique flavour to the taste buds.
