Anuj Tyagi welcomes you to Melbourne’s Indian Palace on Church street in Brighton. His mission is to provide delicious cuisines with professional and timely service in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Anuj started his cooking career at Ambassdor Flight Catering in 1985 in India. He worked at a five star delux hotel ‘Oberoi Towers’ in Mumbai for couple of years. Anuj moved to Australia to start his restaurant business in 1988 and maintained his high level of quality work and service throughout the last 23 years.

Indian Palace is well known for high quality food and service. When it comes to the World of tasty food, none could ever outclass us. Chef Salik Ram Aryal’s cooking ranges from rich Kashmiri dishes through to tempting vegetarian cuisines of the south. The exceptional flavours of our menu will delight and inspire, as only the finest and freshest ingredients are used. No MSG or artificial flavourings are added.
